Over the past 10+ years, I’ve led UX design efforts across some of the world’s most recognized tech brands, including Amazon, Meta, Google, and Outreach. From 0–1 product launches to platform unification and design systems, my work bridges user needs with business goals in complex, cross-functional environments.

🔹 At Amazon, I led end-to-end design for key healthcare initiatives—improving access through seamless care transitions and expanded telehealth offerings for families.

🔹 At Outreach, I drove platform-wide UX systems, developed new workflows for sales professionals, and helped evolve the company’s design system.

🔹 At Meta and Google, I contributed to large-scale consumer experiences, from user profiles reaching billions to experimental interaction design for Pixel devices.

I thrive in ambiguity, love collaborating across disciplines, and enjoy mentoring designers to elevate their craft. Whether it's defining a long-term product vision or refining a single interaction, I bring a strategic, thoughtful, and human-centered approach to every challenge.
